By becoming an informed advocate in philanthropy, New England Blacks in Philanthropy members encourage the philanthropic sector to leverage the impact of its investments. Whether foundations, grantmaking officers or individual philanthropists, our members share a passion for diversity, a commitment to social and economic justice, and an understanding that progress requires partnership.

To be eligible for membership, you must be a board member, trustee, or staff member of a funding organization or a philanthropist giving $5,000 or more to a non-profit entity. Membership benefits include:
- Admission to all NEBIP or NEBIP-sponsored events
- Discounts to NEBIP-hosted workshops
- Access to NEBIP-related research
- Invitation to members-only events
- Access to members-only sections of our website
- Free advertising of programs, events, jobs and research on our website
There are two membership options, individual at a cost of $250 annually, and institutional at a cost of $1,500 annually. Institutional members are entitled to designate up to six
